Amparo Garcia

Paralegal

Amparo Garcia came to Elaraj & associates in July 2008. She has an Associates degree in Law Enforcement, which she earned in May 2005 from Minneapolis Community College. She worked for the Saint Paul Police Department until May 2008 in the Traffic and Homicide Units. Amparo is currently working on her B.A. in Paralegal Studies at Globe University with an expected graduation date of May 2010. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish.

Formerly a Legal Assistant, Amparo took over the role of Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Elaraj & Associates in April 2009. She keeps business moving at Elaraj & Associates doing everything from preparing client accounts and determining settlement values, to meeting with the firm's suppliers and advertisers to keep Elaraj & Associates in the spotlight. As the most senior member of Elaraj & Associates' non-attorney staff, she knows the process inside and out, and takes pride in her ability to answer almost any question thrown at her. In her free time, Amparo enjoys spending time with her family and reading non-fiction books.
